- Enquiry and demo requests.When you use our contact or “Request a Demo” forms we collect your name, work email, company, phone number (if provided), area of interest and your message.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and available.

Where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies, we process your data on the basis of the consent or legitimate use you provide.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site, under appropriate data-protection terms:
- Web3Forms — delivers our contact and demo form submissions to our inbox.
- Supabase — stores newsletter subscriptions.
- Our hosting provider — serves the website.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
Because we operate from India and the United States and serve clients across the United States, the United Kingdom and Denmark, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where such transfers occur, we take appropriate steps to ensure your data remains protected.

We keep enquiry and demo-request data only as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
